Assessment
GLAD Technology is partnering with CITE.org (California IT in Education) to provide an intensive bootcamp oriented towards those wanting to start a career as an I.T. support technician within a school setting. Our 10-week program teaches the fundamentals of I.T. support (that are applicable in any setting) along with the unique skills of serving a school district.
This program is fast-paced and requires a basic foundation of computer knowledge and English language skills. The following is a timed assessment and will help us know if you are ready for a program like this.
Instructions
There are four parts to this assessment:
Multiple choice questions on general I.T. foundational knowledge (32 questions)
A set of instructions to test your ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
A timed typing test
A quick English language proficiency assessment
This assessment is all done online and you are free to search Google for answers you do not know. However, because the test is timed, the faster you are able to complete the assessment, the better your score will be.
Once complete, we will get back to you soon to let you know we received your submission. We expect to make our final decisions about applicants by the end of August.
